Order Processing

All products sold by Addy's Shop are made to order through our print-on-demand production partners.

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days.

  • Processing times may be longer during holidays, peak shopping seasons, or due to unexpected production delays.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times begin after production is complete.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

International Orders

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days

Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and shipping method selected.

Promotional free shipping offers, when available, will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • Addy's Shop is not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address.

  • Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be reshipped.

Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping address.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Addy's Shop is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries.

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

  1. Checking with household members or neighbors.

  2. Contacting the shipping carrier directly.

  3. Contacting your local post office.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist with locating the shipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

We will work with our production partner to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.

International Customs & Import Fees

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees imposed by their country.

Addy's Shop has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Multiple Items

Some orders may arrive in separate packages. This can occur when products are produced at different facilities or shipped from different locations.
